Why Golden Age started
Golden Age Tech Support grew out of 15+ years in tech support roles at large tech companies. Along the way, we saw a big gap. Seniors were getting left behind. Not because they could not learn, but because no one was teaching in a way that made sense to them.
So we built Golden Age around a simple idea. We come to you, sit beside you, and take the time to make sure your technology works for your life, not just your device.
