Service Call: $100 for the First Hour
Our initial service fee is $100, covering the first hour of your tech support session. During this time, we focus on addressing your primary tech concerns. In many cases, an hour is more than enough to resolve common issues.
Additional Time: $40 per 35 Minutes
If your service needs extend beyond the first hour, we charge an additional $40 for every subsequent 35-minute block. We always communicate with you before extending our service time, ensuring you're fully aware and approve any additional costs.
Remote Support: Flexible and Affordable
First 15 Minutes: Free
Get started with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss and assess your tech issue.After the First 15 Minutes:
First Hour: $2 per minute
Hour 2 and Beyond: $1.50 per minute

For a 50-mile round trip, the calculation is:
Trip Charge = 50 miles x ¢70/mile = $35
